Customer Service Assistant
High Wycombe

Part time - 20 hours per week
Salary: circa £17,117 pro rata.

As a key part of the customer services team, you will be answering and fielding telephone and written queries, processing orders, collating and distributing information packs and recording data onto our database.

You will need to have:

• excellent verbal communication skills
• excellent written communication abilities
• good numeracy skills
• good IT skills
• a flexible attitude
• a commitment to high standards
